Modules
The Jambo system offers specialized modules for each type of user in your
organization. The authorization system enables you to define which modules are
accessible to each user.
All Jambo modules have web based user interfaces. The users log on to the modules
by accessing a Jambo application server through their browser. The number of
application servers that can take part in a Jambo system is unlimited. They are
linked together by a central Jambo server, thus creating a distributed architecture
that operates as one logical system.
The result of this is that each Jambo module can be operated from any location. Where
centralized web based systems suffer from limited responsiveness and poor performance
the distributed nature of Jambo ensures maximal performance.
Apart from that Jambo is also much less vulnerable when communication channels fail.
